Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ListNfly ("the Platform"), operated from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using ListNfly, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ListNfly is

ListNfly is a marketplace where independent creators ("Sellers") list digital products — templates, ebooks, courses, presets, software, music, and similar goods — for discovery and sale to buyers ("Buyers"). ListNfly provides listing, discovery, and promotional infrastructure; products themselves are created and owned by Sellers.

2. Seller terms

Sellers pay a recurring subscription to list products. You may only list products you own or have full rights to sell. You are responsible for your product's quality, accuracy, and support. We may remove listings that are illegal, infringing, deceptive, or low-quality, with notice where practical. Cancelling a subscription ends paid visibility at the end of the current billing period.

3. Buyer terms & license

Unless a product states otherwise, purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or single-business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased files or download links.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Paddle or a successor provider), which is the seller of record for transactions and handles applicable taxes. Prices are in USD unless shown otherwise. Seller subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform: no scraping beyond what our robots policy allows, no fraudulent purchases, no uploading of malware or infringing content, no manipulation of rankings or reviews.

6. Liability

Products are provided by Sellers "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListNfly's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
